Making the Peanut Butter Heart Chocolates
This recipe really takes no time at all, and is seriously fool proof! First you will place your peanut butter and your maple syrup into a large bowl. Mix them together.
Add in your Eversio Mushroom Blend, and your coconut flour! If your peanut butter dough feels too sticky to roll out and small amounts of coconut flour at a time until it firms up! Shape your peanut butter dough into a ball.
Place your dough down on parchment paper and begin to roll in out until your reached your desired thickness of your hearts. Start to cut out your heart shapes using a mini heart cookie cutter You will be dipping these into the melted chocolate to give them the coating! Or you can use heart shaped mould and place some of the dough into the molds between layers of chocolate! Use your dough however you like, but once you have your heart shapes cut out place them into the freezer to harden for 20 minutes! Melt your chocolate & coconut oil together on low heat.
Begin dipping each heart into the melted chocolate, laying them all back down on a baking sheet, and then to harden in the freezer once again! If you are using a mold, like my heart shaped one for example, place some chocolate down first, then your dough, then top off with more chocolate! This way the peanut butter will be completely covered with chocolate! Either way to make them works perfectly! Make sure you allow them to set in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, then you can enjoy these adorable heart chocolates! Store them in the fridge or freezer, they melt effortlessly!
I’m loving all these Valentine’s Day recipes, they are just too perfectly sweet! I can’t wait for you to make them!
I love love love you, E xx <3
