These valentines raspberry filled chocolates have a very simple ingredients list, and take such minimal effort and are just so delicious! I used heart shape mold obviously to make them into these cute heart shapes, but you can really use any mould or just individually freeze a section of the raspberry jam and dip each one into the chocolate, it just won’t be as cute, but still so delicious! Making the Valentine Raspberry Filled Chocolates
Making these cutie Valentine chocolates is seriously so simple, and a really fun process and so yummy too! Chocolate seriously is one of the main symbols and gifts on Valentines Day so I can’t imagine a better recipe or cute date idea to do leading up to Valentines Day or even on Valentines Day to celebrate! Either way you have to try these! Start of by prepping your raspberry chia seed jam, this is so easy! Add your raspberries to a bowl and start to slightly press them with a fork, not too much though! I find it easier to fill the chocolates when they raspberries are still slightly in tact! Now add in your chia seeds and maple syrup!
Mix this all together to make your jam! Now place this in the freezer to slightly harden together while we melt the chocolate!
Melt you chocolate, add in your coconut oil (this will help keep your chocolate beautiful and smooth), vanilla and sea salt! Pour it into something that you can easily fill the moulds with, and make sure its not hot before filling your mould! Once your raspberry jam is slightly frozen you’re ready to make the raspberry filled chocolates!
Start off by filling the mould half full with your chocolate, then add your raspberry jam in the center! Just enough to not cover the sides as you want the chocolate to fill all the way around! Once your have placed your jam in the center, finish off by filling the rest up with chocolate so you can no longer see the centre with raspberry jam! and Voila! You have made your very own valentine raspberry filled chocolates!
Place your molds back into the freezer to let your chocolates fully harden! This usually only takes about 15-20 minutes then your ready to enjoy! I like to store mine in the fridge or freezer! It’s the perfect Valentines Day treat! What better way to say I love you than with raspberry filled chocolates on Valentines Day!
I LOVE you so much, e

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
