This high protein yogurt bowl is something I look forward to every single morning, and it has 43grams of protein in it, which is such an incredible way to start your day and fuel your body! I have been consciously upping my protein intake with every meal so this high protein yogurt bowl has been an absolute game changer when it comes to helping me with that! I have always been a huge fan of yogurt and smoothie bowls so this is definitely one of my every day go to meals! Sometimes I’ll end up having it for dinner lol, it’s just so good! I love pairing it with fresh fruit, honey, and a sprinkle cinnamon! It’s heavenly!

What You’ll Need
One of the main reasons why I love this yogurt bowl recipe is because its so easy, quick, and delicious! It takes me less than five minutes to put it together. You can totally swap out the fruit & toppings to anything you like! I typically keep mine simple with fruit, and low cal with no granola and minimal nuts and seeds! I focus on the high protein greek yogurt and protein powder! I love to alternate between blueberries, strawberries, and bananas or do a mix! But you can have fun with it and change it up depending on what your feeling!

Ingredients
- 175 grams 0% plain greek yogurt
- 1 scoop favourite protein (20 grams protein)
- 80 grams blueberries
- ½ banana
- ½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
- drizzle of honey
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- Add your yogurt and protein to a bowl and mix, then top with your desired fruits, nuts or seeds! I switch mine up depending on what I have on hand or if I get bored!
