175grams 0% plain greek yogurt
1scoopfavourite protein (20 grams protein)
80grams blueberries
½banana
½tbsppumpkin seeds
drizzle of honey
sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
Add your yogurt and protein to a bowl and mix, then top with your desired fruits, nuts or seeds! I switch mine up depending on what I have on hand or if I get bored!
