Ingredients

  • 175 grams 0% plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop favourite protein (20 grams protein)
  • 80 grams blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add your yogurt and protein to a bowl and mix, then top with your desired fruits, nuts or seeds! I switch mine up depending on what I have on hand or if I get bored!
