Berry Chia Seed Pudding
One of my all time favourite breakfasts in the morning is this berry chia seed pudding! It’s got it ALLLLLL going on trust me! It’s packed with fibre, protein, iron and loaded with antioxidants! It will keep you fuelled and ready to tackle the day! This isn’t your typical chia seed pudding either, I spice things up by adding in chia, hemp, and flax seeds as well as some frozen berries into the mix as well! It’s delightful and just so nourishing! It’s also incredibly easy which I know we all love for those busy on the go mornings! I’ve been making this for about three years now so I think it’s time I finally share this golden recipe for this berry chia seed pudding with all of you!
What You’ll Need
BERRY CHIA SEED PUDDING
chia seeds
hemp seeds
flax seeds
frozen berries
protein powder
eversio mushroom blend
honey
cinnamon
sea salt
toppings of your choice – more fruit, yogurt, banana
Making the Berry Chia Seed Pudding
If you have ever made oatmeal before this follows a very similar process, but in my opinion this is so so so much better than your regular oatmeal, and I don’t say that lightly!! You will want to start by adding some water to a medium sized saucepan and add all your seeds, bring this to a light boil! You will notice that the seeds start to thicken and the water has evaporated! Turn this down to simmer and add in your frozen berries and other add ins listed! Feel free to get creative too! You can add in some cacao to go for a chocolatey flavour, or maybe some peanut butter! It’s such a simple and nourishing breakfast, great for any busy morning and it keeps so well in the fridge too!
This chia seed pudding is filled with fibre, protein, and it’s so great for your digestion by supporting hormone balance form within! Those are all things I look for when I want to nourish my body in the morning! This quick and easy breakfast or snack has been a staple for me in my everyday and I can’t wait for you to try it!

Berry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 cup filtered water or almond milk
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp Eversio Rejuvenate Mushroom Blend
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
TOPPINGS
- banana
- greek yogurt
- granola
- fresh fruit
Instructions
- In a small pot add your hot water, seeds and bring this to a light boil then allow it to simmer
- Add your frozen berries, protein powder, mushroom blend (any other supplements), honey, cinnamon and sea salt! Allow this to continue to simmer for about 5-10 minutes! Top with any other fresh fruit or desired toppings, and ENJOY!
