This berry chia seed pudding is packed with protein, nourishment, antioxidants and so much goodness! It's incredibly easy to make and will keep you full, fuelled and satisfied throughout your day! Best part is topping it with all your favourite fruits, granola, and yogurts if desired!

Ingredients
2tbspchia seeds
2tbsphemp seeds
2tbspflax seeds
1cup filtered water or almond milk
½cupfrozen berries
2tbsp honey
½tspEversio Rejuvenate Mushroom Blend
1scoopprotein powder
1tspcinnamon
1pinchsea salt
TOPPINGS
banana
greek yogurt
granola
fresh fruit
Instructions
In a small pot add your hot water, seeds and bring this to a light boil then allow it to simmer
Add your frozen berries, protein powder, mushroom blend (any other supplements), honey, cinnamon and sea salt! Allow this to continue to simmer for about 5-10 minutes! Top with any other fresh fruit or desired toppings, and ENJOY!
