Berry Chia Seed Pudding

This berry chia seed pudding is packed with protein, nourishment, antioxidants and so much goodness! It's incredibly easy to make and will keep you full, fuelled and satisfied throughout your day! Best part is topping it with all your favourite fruits, granola, and yogurts if desired!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup filtered water or almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp Eversio Rejuvenate Mushroom Blend
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

TOPPINGS

  • banana
  • greek yogurt
  • granola
  • fresh fruit

Instructions

  • In a small pot add your hot water, seeds and bring this to a light boil then allow it to simmer
  • Add your frozen berries, protein powder, mushroom blend (any other supplements), honey, cinnamon and sea salt! Allow this to continue to simmer for about 5-10 minutes! Top with any other fresh fruit or desired toppings, and ENJOY!
