1eggroom temp

Instructions
Start by mixing all your dough ingredients together, adding the flour last and mix all other ingredients together before adding it in. Knead it in a stand mixer for 8-10 minutes with the hook attachment or by hand until you get a soft and smooth dough. Allow this to rise for 2-4 hours or until doubled in size
Make your cinnamon filling in the meantime. Add all your filling ingredients together until you get a smooth paste
Once your dough has doubled in size, divide it into 12 individual pieces. Roll each one out into a circle and spread the cinnamon filling evenly across. Fold the circle in half and create two slits on the folded side but not all the way to the top. Pull each side into the middle and wrap the middle piece up towards the center. (As shown in the video) repeat this for each dough ball.
Allow them to rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350.
Brush each bow with the egg wash (1 egg whisked with a splash of water)
Bake for 12 minutes, until just golden brown. Allow them to cool, then dust with powdered sugar and enjoy
