Whip the cream cheese until smooth, airy, and fluffy—it takes a few minutes with a hand mixer, but the texture becomes super luxe. Add in honey and a small pinch of salt, then whip again until silky.
Toast the sourdough to golden perfection. Spread generously with the honey whipped cream cheese and push it towards the edges to create a middle dip for the raspberry jam! Top with a spoonful of homemade raspberry chia jam. Finish with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, if you like.
