1cupfrozen raspberriesless raspberries for a light pink colour
1cupfrozen pineapple
⅓cupfrozen avocado
½cupfrozen banana
⅓cupgreek yogurt
water to blendadd little amounts at a time to keep thickness
hemp protein powder optional

hemp seeds
granola
dried rose petals
Instructions
add all your frozen fruit, and yogurt to a blender! Add little amounts of water to start to help blend! This smoothie should be creamy, thick and smooth! You may need to add more water as you blend, depending on your blender!
Put smoothie into a bowl, and top with whatever your desires toppings are!
