Ingredients
1can coconut creamno additives
1cancoconut milk or 1 cup almond milkno additives
2-3tbspmatcha powder
¼cuphoney or maple syrup
½tspvanilla
1pinchsea salt
1squeeze lemon juice
1dashcinnamon
1tspeversio rejuvenate mushroom blend
Instructions
Open your can of coconut cream and place this in a bowl and using a hand held mixer, whip this together until soft and creamy and set this aside
Open your can of coconut milk into a large bowl, add in your matcha powder, mushroom blend, and whip this all together. Now add in your honey or sweetener of choice
Pour your matcha mixture into your whipped coconut cream and mix this all together. Add in your dash of cinnamon, pinch of sea salt, splash of vanilla, and a little squeeze of lemon and pour this into a baking dish to set.
Taste test and see if you need any more sweetness! Place this is the freezer to harden for about 1 hour!
