Ingredients

  • 175 g 0% Greek yogurt
  • ½ grapefruit
  • ½ tbsp crushed pistachios
  • drizzle honey

Instructions

  • Start by adding your Greek yogurt to the centre bowl in one section. Using the back of a spoon, gently push the yogurt outward to create a soft well in the centre — this is what gives the bowl that beautiful, intentional plated look.
  • Next, prepare your grapefruit. Slice away the peel and cut the fruit into segments, then into small cubes. Arrange the grapefruit down the centre of the bowl over the yogurt in a clean line, letting the colour contrast naturally against the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle the crushed pistachios over top, focusing them slightly along the grapefruit for texture and balance. Finish with a drizzle of honey over everything.
