Start by adding your Greek yogurt to the centre bowl in one section. Using the back of a spoon, gently push the yogurt outward to create a soft well in the centre — this is what gives the bowl that beautiful, intentional plated look.
Next, prepare your grapefruit. Slice away the peel and cut the fruit into segments, then into small cubes. Arrange the grapefruit down the centre of the bowl over the yogurt in a clean line, letting the colour contrast naturally against the yogurt.
Sprinkle the crushed pistachios over top, focusing them slightly along the grapefruit for texture and balance. Finish with a drizzle of honey over everything.
