Green Glow Smoothie Bowl

A thick tropical smoothie bowl made with frozen mango, pineapple, banana, and spinach. Fresh, vibrant, creamy, and perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 2 handfulls spinach
  • cup filtered water

Instructions

  • Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, and frozen spinach to a high-speed blender. Start with a small amount of filtered water, blend slowly at first.
  • As the fruit begins to break down, continue blending until smooth and thick. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides or add a tiny splash more water as needed, but keeping the liquid minimal is what creates that thick smoothie bowl texture.
  • Once smooth and creamy, spoon the smoothie into your bowl and finish with your favourite toppings. I love adding fresh fruit, coconut flakes, granola, hemp hearts. Serve immediately and enjoy in the sunshine if possible.
