Ingredients
2cupsfrozen mango
1cupfrozen pineapple
1cupfrozen banana
2handfulls spinach
⅓cupfiltered water
Instructions
Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, and frozen spinach to a high-speed blender. Start with a small amount of filtered water, blend slowly at first.
As the fruit begins to break down, continue blending until smooth and thick. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides or add a tiny splash more water as needed, but keeping the liquid minimal is what creates that thick smoothie bowl texture.
Once smooth and creamy, spoon the smoothie into your bowl and finish with your favourite toppings. I love adding fresh fruit, coconut flakes, granola, hemp hearts. Serve immediately and enjoy in the sunshine if possible.
