Ingredients
3very ripeavocados or 2 large
¼cupalmond or seed butter
4tbsp honey or maple syrup
splash vanila
½cupraw cacao or cocoa powder
1tspespresso powder
½tspcinnamon
½tspsea salt

Instructions
In a food processor or blender, blend you avocado seed butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla and blend until completely smooth and creamy
Add your cacao or cocoa powder, espresso, cinnamon, sea salt and blend until a chocolaty fudge consistency has formed, it should look creamy and delicious!
Scoop this into a bowl and place this in the freezer for 2-3 hours so harden so balls can be formed
Once your truffle batter has hardened began making balls and roll in your desired toppings! Voila, easy chocolate avocado espresso truffles! Store in the fridge or freezer!
