Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

This chocolate chip cookie skillet is gooey with chocolate chips, chewy but soft on the inside! Eat it warm out of the oven, with melted ice cream with spoons right from the dish. It's cookie heaven trust me

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soft butter or ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup date sugar or organic cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1+¼ cup organic ww pastry flour or oat flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dark chocolate chips or chocolate bar chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Place your soft butter, and sugars into a large bowl and beat together
  • Now add in your egg, and whisk it in. Now fold in your flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla
  • Add in chocolate chips and place the cookie dough into a skillet baking dish, or cast iron pan! Any oven safe deep dish!
  • Bake for 26-28 minutes for the perfect chewiness (this may differ depending on your oven- I would say by 30 minutes its done and don't go over this)
  • Allow it to cool for 10-15 minuted before slicing, serve with vanilla ice cream and a dark chocolate drizzle
