Ingredients

  • 10-12 large pitted medjool dates
  • 2 cups toasted walnuts 325° for 10-12 minutes
  • 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 scoop protein optional for extra protein *add 2-3 more dates if adding this

Instructions

  • Toast the walnuts if they aren't already. Once cooled add them to a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times until slightly broken down
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse until everything is crumbled together and sticky. Check the dough to see if it will stick really well when rolling into balls, if not add more dates.
  • Once you have a sticky well shapeable dough, roll into your desired sized balls! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for best keeping!
