Valentine’s Favourites Round Up

Over the years, Valentine’s Day has really become one of my favourite little celebrations. Mostly because it celebrates love — and let’s be honest, that’s something worth honouring every single day. But also because it gives full permission for heart-shaped everything, pink ruffled napkins, vintage plates in soft blush tones, gold utensils, and all the small details that make a meal feel extra special.

I’ve built quite the Valentine’s recipe archive over time, so I thought it was finally time to gather them all in one place for you. Whether you’re planning a cozy night in, a Galentine’s moment, or just want an excuse to add a little pink to your kitchen, these are my tried-and-true favourites that you all seem to love and obsess over like me.

Valentine’s Favourites Round Up

Pretty Pink Pasta

This creamy pink pasta is one of those recipes that feels indulgent but surprisingly light. The sauce is made with blended cashews instead of heavy cream, giving it a silky, slightly nutty richness without being overly cheesy. The color alone makes it perfect for Valentine’s Day, and it’s finished with fresh herbs that balance everything beautifully. Simple, comforting, and effortlessly romantic.

Peanut Butter Heart Chocolates

These are dark chocolate heart-shaped chocolates filled with the dreamiest creamy peanut butter center. They’re rich, deeply chocolatey, and perfectly balanced with that salty-sweet peanut butter filling. Think homemade Reese’s, but elevated and made with love. They’re one of my favourite gifts to make because they feel special without being complicated.

Raspberry-Filled Heart Chocolates

A fruity twist on the classic, these dark chocolate hearts are filled with a chia raspberry jam that’s just tart enough to cut through the richness of the chocolate. They’re vibrant, juicy, and feel a little extra romantic — perfect if you love that chocolate-and-berry combo for Valentine’s Day.

Heart-Shaped Cookie Skillet

If there’s one recipe I could make every single Valentine’s Day without getting tired of it, it’s this one. A giant, deep-dish chocolate chip cookie baked in a skillet and shaped like a heart. It’s soft in the center, golden around the edges, and absolutely made for sharing. Serve it warm, straight from the pan, maybe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream — it’s pure comfort.

Pink Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is the easiest way to add a little Valentine’s energy to your day. Bright pink, refreshing, and nourishing, it’s perfect for a cozy Valentine’s morning or a self-love breakfast. Sometimes you just need something simple that still feels special — this one always delivers.

Raspberry Lemon HeartLinzer Cookies

These are delicate, buttery, and filled with a bright raspberry-lemon center that feels both classic and refined. They’re definitely more of a slow, intentional bake, but so worth it if you have a little extra time. Beautiful, nostalgic, and one of my favourite cookies to make for Valentine’s Day.

Cinnamon Sugar Heart Pastries

Think cinnamon bun meets pastry — but shaped like a heart. These have that classic cinnamon sugar filling you love, paired with flaky layers that come from rolling and shaping the dough just right. They’re cozy, comforting, and perfect for a Valentine’s brunch or afternoon coffee moment.

Heart-Shaped Chocolate Cake

This heart-shaped chocolate cake is deeply rich, indulgent, and made with a sourdough base that gives it the most incredible depth of flavour. It’s one of those cakes that feels truly special — moist, chocolate-forward, and just the right amount of decadent without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a true centerpiece dessert for Valentine’s Day, this is the one.

Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes

These vegan vanilla cupcakes are one of those recipes I come back to again and again. They’re incredibly light, fluffy, and soft, with a tender crumb that almost melts as you bite into them. Made without eggs or dairy, they somehow still feel rich and bakery-worthy, which is exactly why I love them so much. Finished with a silky pink buttercream, they’re simple, elegant, and perfect for Valentine’s Day when you want something classic, pretty, and universally loved.

Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes

These chocolate raspberry cupcakes start with that same dreamy vegan vanilla base, but with a deep chocolate twist that makes them feel extra special for Valentine’s Day. Each cupcake is filled with a spoonful of raspberry jam, then topped with soft pink buttercream for that perfect balance of rich and fruity. They’re romantic without being over-the-top, incredibly moist, and one of my favourite ways to combine chocolate and berries in a dessert.

The Best Beet Hummus

This one has to be one of my all time favourites! This beet hummus is seriously the best, not only is it perfect for a Valentine’s Day spread, or charcuterie, its packed full of healthy ingredients and antioxidants. It makes for the best addition to sandwiches, avocado toast, or the perfect dip to any snack!

Rose Buttercream Soft Sugar Cookie

These are my elevated remake of those soft pink grocery store sugar cookies everyone grew up loving — except these are actually irresistibly good. The cookie itself is impossibly soft, tender, and melts the second it hits your tongue. No artificial aftertaste, no strange texture — just a perfectly balanced, buttery vanilla base that feels homemade in the best way! & that pink buttercream… to obsess over!

I love having this little collection of Valentine’s recipes here on the blog. It’s something I’ve slowly built over the years — and I’ll keep adding to it as time goes on — but these are my all-time favourites. The ones I come back to every February. The ones I bake for the people I love. And the ones you always tell me you’re making, saving, and sharing. 💗 Happy Love Day my lovely’s!
