It’s cozy season which ultimately means soup sea It’s cozy season which ultimately means soup season… thank goodness! This creamy cauliflower soup is my all time favourite soup, I can’t wait to make it every year when the weather starts to get colder! It’s thick, creamy and so nourishing! The flavour is also just bomb… Adding my @eversiowellness mushroom blends is a must when I make my soups, it’s one of my favourite ways to easily get them into my daily routine! You can use my code eastongilowski15 for 15% off your order! 🤍 Here’s how to make my creamy cauliflower soup! 1-2 large heads of cauliflower 3 large leeks 1 yellow onion 3 small shallots Fresh thyme spring 5 cloves crushed garlic 2 cups white/navy beans 4-5 cups high qualty vegetable broth 1 can coconut milk 3 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin @eversiowellness 4 Mushroom Blend Salt & pepper Prep and dice your onions, shallots, and leeks. Wash and chop your cauliflower into florets, and drain and rinse your beans! Warm a large pot on low-medium heat with some olive oil or butter. Add your leeks, onions, shallots and some thyme springs, allowing them to cook for 5 minutes! Add salt here to really get all the flavours! Add your minced garlic and fresh thyme springs to your sautéed onions and stir! You will start to smell the beautiful aromatics! This creates a very flavourful soup! Now you can add your chopped cauliflower, white beans, coconut milk, and vegetable broth! I add enough just to cover the cauliflower and veggies in the pot to make sure its all submerged! You might need a little more or a little less depending on your amount of cauliflower! Add salt & pepper here! Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes! Once the cauliflower has softened, remove the thyme springs and blend using a high speed blender or use a hand held immersion blender! Taste test, add and adjust the flavour using salt and pepper! Add your cumin and paprika and a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice! Top with fresh thyme and drizzle of olive oil! I can’t wait for you to try this soup! #cozy #soup #soupseason #cauliflower

Fall & Granola. Two of my favourite things 🍂🧸🤎 This is my Cinnamon Maple Granola and it tastes like fall & coziness! With hints of warming cinnamon and a sweet & salty maple flavour…. It’s so delicious, simple and made with clean ingredients! I’ve never had a store bought granola that I’ve liked more than my homemade granola recipes, they’re seriously sooo good! I always add in my @eversiowellness 3 mushroom blend to my granola coating to get all the medicinal mushroom benefits including that morning energy boost! Here’s my cinnamon maple granola recipe 🤎 CINNAMON MAPLE GRANOLA ~Granola  Mix 1 cup almonds   1 cup walnuts   1 cup flakey coconut ½ cup cashews ½ cup sliced almonds   ½ cup pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup macadamia nuts 1 cup puffed quinoa   ~Cinnamon Maple Coating   ½ cup coconut oil 1/4 cup almond butter   2 tbsp cinnamon   1/3 cup 100% maple syrup   1 tsp sea salt   2 tsp vanilla Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Start by combing all your nuts and seeds together in one large bowl. In a small sauce pan over medium heat add your coconut oil, almond butter, sea salt, and half of your cinnamon. Allow this to simmer together for 5 minutes! When it is off the heat, add the rest of the cinnamon to deepen the flavor, and your maple syrup! As well as your vanilla!   Pour the cinnamon maple coating over your bowl of nuts and seeds and mix until it’s fully coated!   Line a baking sheet and spread this out evenly, I always add a dash of sea salt on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until just golden brown! Always checking it because it burns easily, I check every 5 minutes! Let it cool for 5 minutes then place the baking sheet into the freezer for 30 min, to get those big chunks of granola! This is the secret to chunky granola! Store in freezer for best keeping! Granola is one of my favourite recipes to create and make at home & I can’t wait for you to try this granola! It’s so simple to make and such a fun part of my daily routine that I always look forward to!! I swear by them and the natural healing properties of mushrooms 🤍 Here’s how I make my favourite iced matcha latte and it turns out perfect every time 1- 2 tsp matcha powder 1/2 tsp @eversiowellness mushroom blend 1/4 cup hot water 1/2 cup almond milk 1 cup ice cubes honey for natural sweetness dash of cinnamon on top Start by adding your matcha powder and mushroom blend to a measuring glass and then add your hot water! Use a whisk to blend together so it’s smooth! Fill your cup up with ice and pour your almond milk over the ice. Then finally pour your matcha over top of your iced almond milk to get that perfect mix! You can add honey or a sweetener, and I like to top mine with a dash of cinnamon 🤍🍵

I always get so excited to make this almost daily … Here’s how to make this chocolate cacao açai bowl and what you’ll need! 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1/3 cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt 1 tsp @eversiowellness 3 mushroom blend 1 tbsp organic raw cacao powder 1 scoop protein powder 2 tsp cinnamon Dash of sea salt Start with 1/4 - 1/2 cup water (this amount is what keeps the smoothie thick and creamy! You may need to add more water/milk little by little depending on your blender) Blend all your ingredients together in a blender! To keep the smoothie thick & creamy add your water or milk little by little to keep it from getting too runny! You can also add in frozen banana as well to help get a really thick consistency! Pour your smoothie into a bowl, and top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts or seeds! SUMMER SALAD ROLLS with a Thai peanut sauce 🌸 o SUMMER SALAD ROLLS with a Thai peanut sauce 🌸 one of my absolute favourite summer recipes! So fresh and delicious … These are so easy to make, and you can personalize them however you like! Add in different proteins like prawns, chicken or tofu or different veggies! The Thai peanut sauce pulls it all together and is seriously to die for!! I added in my favourite @eversiowellness Balance blend to get all the mushroom health magic into this recipe 🤍 You can use my code eastongilowski15 for 15% off your own mushroom blend! full recipe is below! THAI PEANUT SAUCE   1/2 cup natural peanut butter   4 tbsp tamari   3 tbsp rice vinegar   1 tbsp minced garlic   1 tbsp minced ginger   1 lime juiced   1/4 cup warm filtered water   2 tsp @eversiowellness mushroom blend   2 tsp red chilli flakes for optional spice   SALAD ROLLS   Rice paper wraps   Carrots   Cucumbers   Peppers   Fresh basil leaves or other herbs   Butter lettuce Avocado   Protein - prawns/chicken/tofu To make your Thai Peanut Sauce add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix it together! Or add everything to a blender! If it’s too thick, and a little more water little by little!  Prep your veggies & protein! Wet your rice paper wrap by dipping it fully under water for 5-10 seconds! Lay it flat and add in your veggies and protein into the center of the wrap! Don’t overfill it or it’s hard to wrap and they break!! Start by pulling the bottom up and roll towards the center, then pull the sides in and continue rolling away from you to create a wrap! Dip in the Thai peanut sauce and enjoy 🤍 Save this recipe to make these fresh summer salad rolls this summer! They’re the perfect summer snack, lunch or appetizer! Fresh arugula with beets, goat cheese, figs, and more 🥹 It’s so refreshing, satisfying, nourishing & has so much flavour!! The most important part to any great salad is the dressing, I made my favourite homemade honey balsamic vinaigrette and it’s easily my favourite salad dressing to make at home! I added in the 6 mushroom blend from @eversiowellness into the vinaigrette to get it packed full of anti-aging & cell rejuvenating properties!! Use my code eastongilowski15 for 15% off your entire purchase! Here’s how I make my favourite arugula salad 💘 it’s perfect for summer dinner parties or to enjoy in the hot weather! Arugula Salad   4 cups Fresh arugula   1-2 large beets cooked (boil your beets in a pot of water for 30-40 minutes or until soft, peel & chop into cubes)   8-10 fresh or dried figs   Fresh pomegranate seeds Toasted walnuts  (toast walnuts with sea salt and a little honey) Goat cheese   1/3 cup olives   Fresh dill   Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette 1/3 cup olive oil   ¼ cup balsamic vinegar   1 tbsp raw honey   ½ tbsp minced garlic   1 tbsp chopped fresh dill ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice   2 tsp @eversiowellness 6 mushroom blend Salt & pepper to taste In a small bowl combine all your salad dressing ingredients, taste test and add salt and pepper to your liking! Place your arugula into a large salad bowl and pour some of your dressing leaving some left over. Toss the arugula until it’s fully coated in the honey balsamic dressing! Top your arugula with your chopped beets, toasted walnuts, figs, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, olives, and some fresh dill! One with my homemade beet hummus and one with homemade pesto… I shared both of my recipes with you below! I always get asked how you can easily incorporate @eversiowellness mushroom powders into your daily routine, and it’s incredibly easy! I’m always adding mine to smoothies, spreads, sauces, soups, lattes, the list goes on! Here’s everything you need to make this gorgeous breakfast 🤍 ~Avocado Toast ~ Sourdough   Avocado   Pesto   Beet hummus   Fresh dill and cilantro   Sprouts   Sesame seeds ~Homemade Pesto~ 4 cups fresh basil leaves (packed)   1/3 cup roasted pine nuts or walnuts   ¼ cup olive oil ½ cup nutritional yeast   3 tbsp hemp seeds   3 garlic cloves Juice from ½ a lemon   2 tsp sea salt and fresh cracked pepper   2 tsp Eversio Mushroom Blend   ~Homemade Beet Hummus~ 1 can chickpeas   1 large cooked beet or 2-3 small ones 1/3 cup olive oil   ¼ cup tahini   ¼ cup fresh herbs (I like dill/cilantro/parsley)   4 cloves garlic   Lemon juice   1 tsp cumin, 4 tsp coriander & 2 tsp onion salt Salt and pepper to taste   2 tsp Eversio Mushroom Blend If you’re making your beet hummus and pesto start by preparing those! If you’re not, skip to the avocado toast part! Add all your pesto ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until well combined! Do the same with your beet hummus ingredients! Mash your avocado with 1 tbsp of fresh dill & cilantro, salt and pepper to taste! Spread your fresh hummus and pesto onto your toasted sourdough and top with your avocado, sesame seeds, sprouts & fresh dill!
