What I love about this dessert is you eat it warm out of the oven, with melted ice cream with spoons right from the dish…. I mean that just means love! It’s everything you could want in a cookie and more! Plus look how adorable this heart shape is, you could use any heart shaped dish that can be used in the oven!

What You’ll Need
The ingredients needed for this chocolate chip cookie skillet are actually very minimal and easy! I have listed out some replacements as well that work wonderfully too! What I love about this cookie recipe is how simple and clean the ingredients are, and it still tastes divine!

Making the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
First preheat your oven to 350 degrees! In your large bowl beat together your softened butter or coconut oil, and sugars together! Now add in your egg and beat this in! Now add in all your dry ingredients including your flour, baking soda, sea salt and vanilla and of course your Eversio balance blend! Finally fold in your dark chocolate chips.

Place your cookie dough in a skillet dish, or deep baking dish that can go in the oven! I loveeeee using a heart shaped skillet or dish for Valentine’s Day of course, but any baking dish or skillet that can pop in the oven will work perfectly! Evenly spread it out and place it in the oven for 25-28 minutes for the perfect chewiness! This may depend on your oven but it should be done by the 30 min mark for sure!

Allow it to cool for 10, then top with vanilla bean ice cream before serving warm from the oven! Voila! You’re very own heart shaped chocolate chip cookie skillet! It’s just so good! I love how perfect this dessert is to celebrate love day, it’s so romantic and de! I hope you love this cookie skillet, I know I do I’m simply in love with it!
